The initial project was for the construction of retail units, offices and flats over with associated site works etc. The following 3 phases were similar in size and design.

This was a drawings and specification type tender. We provided tendering services to the contractor which included BOQs and tender build up, then monthly interim valuations with some subcontractors.

The client had split the overall development into 4 similar phases and after the success of the first phase we assisted in negotiating the following phases for the contractor.
