This project was for the demolition and site clearance of the old redundant and by then dangerous old hospital buildings. The site was blighted by squatters and drug taking so there was a large environmental clean up / make safe before any demolition could commence along with the asbestos removal and safe demolition / brick salvage etc

We provided tender and contract period surveying service to Rochmills including schedule of works, monthly valuations with contractor and the final account agreement.
